Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, without modification, and acknowledge reading them. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Website.

GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION
These Terms, including the Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of Monroe County, New York, shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising in relation to these Terms. You agree that any proceeding relating to the use of this site must be filed exclusively in the appropriate courts located in the State of New York and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on an inconvenient forum or other reasons.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms by mediation. The parties further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution procedures.

• Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates.  The information will be collected via the website contact form, email, rental agreement, or third-party reservation systems.

• Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending updates, and Appointment reminders related to our products or services and responding inquiries.

• Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

• Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

• MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

• Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

• Contact Sister Leader Movement at (844) 314-6651 for HELP or to STOP receiving messages.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP to dmc@consultdmc.com.

• We will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

• Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Sister Leader Movement will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.

• • SMS SHARING DISCLOSURE: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes at any time.
